Since 2012, the company has continuously achieved the No. 1 market share in the domestic commercial vehicle thermal management control system, and has become the exclusive supporting supplier for Yutong, Zhongtong, Meijin Hydrogen Energy, Guohong Hydrogen Energy, Sinotruk, SAIC Maxus, Shaanxi Auto, FAW Qingdao, and other companies. At the same time, in the fields of new energy comfort electrical control systems, hvac control systems, and air disinfection and purification systems, it has obtained more than half of the market share in the bus industry. The company is a core Tier 1 supplier for many domestic renowned new energy manufacturers and automobile manufacturers, such as Envicool, Yutong, Zhongtong, Foton, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, XCMG, Sany Heavy Industry, CATL, Shanghai Jiuxing, ETAES Energy, Keenovo Technology, Sanhe Tongfei, Dun'an Environment, CRRC Times, and CRRC Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock.

By the end of 2023, NewBase has fully achieved the status of the only domestic enterprise with fully self-developed underlying control technology for new energy thermal management systems, as well as the only domestic enterprise with core components across the entire industry chain of R&D and manufacturing. In 2024, the company began a transformation in its products and market, shifting entirely from Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturing of control products to Tier 0.5 complete machine R&D, manufacturing, and support.
